Dalton + Megan

Saturday was nothing short of a dream. I told Megan one day we’ll look back at that Saturday in March and remember watching our unpredictable Augusta weather for rain, waking up to a dust of yellow realizing the pollen made it’s appearance earlier than usual (our black shoes were undeniably yellow/green by the end of the day!), and the biggest health scare of modern day history. But thankfully all of these things didn’t hinder Megan and Dalton from saying “I do”!!

This was a day long awaited by not only Megan and Dalton but friends and family who have watched this relationship from the beginning! Megan and Dalton first met in preschool. The pastor joked they’ve been dating for 21 years! Though he was slightly joking they knew each other well as friends before pursing a dating relationship NINE years ago… that’s a long time! But oh, how sweet of a celebration it was for all – they only have a lifetime to go!! Such a gift to be apart of it

The incredible vendor team ✨

Dalton’s #1 wedding request was a ring from Duck Band Wedding Bands. They are each custom made and understandably take a significant about a time. Look at that detail?!!!
When Megan reached out she was told it wasn’t going to be done in time… but she shared their story and Duck Band’s team said, “wait, does he have a yellow lab?”… yes?

Dalton had been following this incredibly talented company on Facebook AND CONTACTED THEM TWO YEARS AGO sharing the dream of having their band when he
said “I do” to his bride.

The team expedited this band and made it happen. The end result definitely didn’t disappoint!!!! Such a perfect addition to their wedding day!!!
Y’all. I am living for laced sleeves these days!!!! Couldn’t have been a more
perfect gown for Megan!
Oh, first looks with Daddy get me every time!
Such an effortless beauty!!! Meg, you are stunning!!!
Rebekah of Florologie NAILED this bouquet!! She included pheasant feathers (provided by Megan and Dalton) and surprised Meg with Magnolia leaves, a “wish” but understood we were’t quite in season for a Magnolia bouquet. To say she was excited and thankful was an understatement!
The guys started their day by the pond on property shooting skeet! They were definitely in their element! Love these memories Beth took while I hung with the girls!
Though outside is their specialty (Dalton is a duck hunting guide!) they did clean up nicely!
Remy, their dog, was the perfect addition to their wedding party!
I genuinely couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting to say “I do!”
This was my first ceremony with a live painter!!! Haley blew me away with her gift and view of the ceremony! Cannot wait to work with her again!
A GORGEOUS couple + perfect sunset = swooooon!
Such a perfect day!!!

Dalton and Megan, my cheeks hurt at the end of the day from smiling so much! Thank you for inviting me to be apart of your beautiful wedding day!! Here’s to the rest of your forever together! xo, Ivey
